5 Year Plan

I suppose it sounds boring to have such a thing, but I do.

This semester, I will finish my classes at John Jay.
I will take experimental psych over winter session at suffolk and finally, at 26, graduate with my bachelors.
I am fine with that.
I am more than fine with that. I am ecstatic.
I will study for and take the GRE in the spring.
I will apply to Marymount in Arlington, VA for grad school.
I will get into the Graduate Program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marymount.
I will celebrate by taking a trip to Washington state.
I will work one more summer at The Old Mill Inn.
I will take the money I've saved and move to Alexandria, VA.
I will get a part time job at the Museum of Crime and Punishment in D.C. and waitress on the side
I will love going to work everyday and making minimum wage.
I will start Grad school either that fall or the following spring.
I will have my MA by the time I'm 30.
I will find a job in Virginia working with juvenile offenders.
I will settle down.
I will get married in a Claire Pettibone wedding dress.
It will not be a big to-do.
I will have a child.
I will pray for a girl.
But I will love it regardless of gender.
I will stay in love.
I will grow old.
I will not give in to my dark side.

I will not get hit by a bus or die in a freak gasoline fight accident before any of this is accomplished.
